(Studio) Wife in Vietnam trying to get information on husband from Americans Allegedly central figure or victim in case.
REPORTER: Frank Reynolds

(Saigon, South Vietnam) Woman believes Green Berets killed her husband. He had worked as civilian interpreter for American Special Forces. He told her of Americans suspecting him of being North Vietnam spy, and of giving him lie detector test. She hasn't seen him since June. Got 1 letter. She can't get official verification of his death. [Mil. SPOKESPERSON - refers reporters to another division] Reporters argue, saying they can't get information on case. American military gives no information Widow cries.
