(Studio) Court decisions with regard to suspects having own words used against them reported.

(DC) Decision with regard to suspect's right not to talk except with lawyer detailed. Justice Byron White quoted. Ruling growing out of Dallas, Texas, murder case said basis of court action with regard to prisoner rights. Ernest B. Smith case cited. Psychiatrist's testimony leading to Smith's conviction cited as element in case. Court said ruling Smith's rights violated as he was not warned that what he told psychiatrist could be used against him. Warren Burger quoted. Justices' sensitivity to civil liberties noted.
