[In February 2002, Representative Richard BURR- comments on the fall of big corporations.] [Consumer Federation of America Barbara ROPER- says we need a way to measure conflict of interest.] [SEC commissioner Cynthia GLASSMAN- says if this is not enough, we can do more.]
