[CNN terrorism analyst Peter BERGEN†- says this is a call to arms to the Iraqi people.]

(Kuwait City: Aaron Brown) Live interview held with Bergen about the bin Laden tape. [From Washington, BERGEN - says bin Laden is trying to incite the Iraqi people, but barely mentions Iraqi President Saddam Hussein; states he is addressing people in the Middle East; gives his impressions of bin Laden based on this 16-minute tape; states Al Qaeda became re-energized around last September 11.]
