(Washington: Sharyl Attkisson) A Congressional investigation into a rash of questionable deaths, including red pandas which were killed by ingesting rat poison, at the National Zoo in Washington, DC, featured; details given of the suspicion that animals died due to human blunders; scenes shown of zoo animals. [National Zoo director Lucy SPELMAN- says the animals died of old age or disease.]
