[PATCO vice president, south region, David SIEGEL - thinks his region will reject contract.] [Union member Gary BALLANTYNE - criticizes contract.] Sick-out by Dallas controllers noted. [Union publisher relations director Robert SMITH - thinks strike is coming.] [Representative Arlan STANGELAND - warns against walkout.] Possible course of events considered.
