(Studio) House of Commons report says children of colored immigrants less likely to have much patience in seeking equal rights.
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith
(London, England) 2% of Britain's population black; American has 11%. Blacks can't find good jobs, housing, or proper education. Report, says only man born in Britain should be citizen. Colored immigrants from Commonwealth should be allowed in only if they can get a job and offer contribution. Unlike US, Britain has time to deal with small problem before it becomes big.
