Bill TAYLOR†- says the North Koreans don't want an international crisis undercutting their sweetheart deal with the US.] [Asia Pacific Policy Center president Douglas PAAL†- says President Clinton's deal with North Korea could be in trouble.] New Mexico Representative Bill Richardson's plans to stay in North Korea noted.
