["Corporate Warriors" author Peter SINGER- says there is the growing belief that a private company can do something better than government.] [Former DynCorp employee Ben JOHNSTON- recalls "grotesque" situations.] [Representative Jan SCHAKOWSKY- says the corporations are not being scrutinized.] [International Peace Operations Assn. Doug BROOKS- says the businesses operate cheaper than the military.] The issue of accountability for private firms raised.
