[PIRA Energy Group oil analyst Larry GOLDSTEIN- says since the war oil production has stopped.] [Army Sgt. Herb LEGGETTE- says we make sure there is order at the gas stations.] [SOLDIER - says giving away gasoline helps the situation.]
