[Saudi Ambassador Prince BANDAR bin Sultan - says the security was found to be adequate.] [Saudi foreign minister Prince SAUD al-Faisal - {thru translator} says we have to confront terrorism.] [White House press secretary Ari FLEISCHER†- says Saudi Arabia has to deal with the presence of terrorists within their own country.] The question of US-Saudi relations following the Riyadh attack discussed.

(Studio: Aaron Brown) The fallout from the Saudi bombing introduced; details given from an editorial in "Arab News". Live telephone interview held with "Time" magazine Cairo bureau chief Scott MacLeod; scenes shown of the bombed-out buildings. [From Riyadh, MacLEOD - says the security at these compounds has been reasonably good, but not massive; comments on the sharp reaction from the Saudi government following this attack.]

[WALSH - says the Saudis were making an effort to arrest Al Qaeda after September 11 because the real target of Al Qaeda has always been the saudi royal family; states the Saudis do not like to talk about what they are doing with the US government.]
