Edward Dinis's request for autopsy should be denied, or autopsy hearing should be delayed until inquest begins. Dinis asst,, Armand Fernandes says autopsy essential. Judge Bernard Brominski asks Fernandes for medical opinion of autopsy value 2 mos. after burial.
