[Bethesda resident John IRVING†- says the light is a trick.] [Mid-Atlantic AAA Lon ANDERSON†- questions the use of traffic lights with “gimmicks.”] [Montgomery County Executive Doug DUNCAN†- says the lights are a way to make people safe; says the offending light will be changed.]
