(Phoenix: Brian Rooney) The charging of Phoenix Catholic Bishop Thomas O'Brien for leaving the scene of an accident after he admitted allowing priests to work with children after they were accused of sexual abuse featured; scenes shown from the road site where a man was killed by the bishop's car. [O'BRIEN - denies a coverup.] [Maricopa County attorney Rick ROMLEY†- raises the impairment-while-driving issue.] [State legislator Ben MIRANDA†- says this accident indicates O'Brien is not credible.]
