Barry McCAFFREY†- says we’re a magnet for international terrorists.] [Rand Corp. terrorism expert Dr. Bruce HOFFMAN†- says the attacks are gaining focus & direction.] The surfacing of an Al Qaeda audiotape urging supporters to rise up against US forces noted.
