(Washington: Miles O'Brien) NASA's report on the accident on the space shuttle Columbia featured; details given of the investigation's five recommendations; scenes shown of the testing of falling foam. [In exclusive interview, NASA administrator honorable Sean O'KEEFE†- says we needed to get to the bottom of what caused this & the report will show the diligence of the investigation; states all the suggestions must be implemented; notes this was a case where "we flat missed it."] O'Keefe's background in public service outlined. O'Keefe's view that the shuttle will not fly again until all the report suggestions are fulfilled discussed.
