[Attempted murder victim Annabella VARA†- says her husband tried to run her off the road & later murdered her father.] [Los Angeles assistant district attorney Jan MAURIZI†- says Perez was charged with the attempted murder of his wife; states there is no justice for Annabella because of the double system of justice; notes there are many cases where the fugitives have fled to Mexico.]
