[World Anti-Doping Agency Gary WADLER†- says cheaters get around tests.] The role of Balco Laboratories president Victor Conte† in distributing the THG outlined & Conte's response quoted. The DEA note that THG is not a "controlled substance" & the potential case against doping athletes discussed.
