[DAVEY – says it was discriminatory & unfair.] [Davey’s attorney Jay SEKULOW†- comments on the case.] [Washington state solicitor general Narda PIERCE†- says we decline to fund religious instruction using public monies.] The implications for the school voucher issue noted.
