(New York: Maria Hinojosa) The settlement of a lawsuit against IBM alleging that the company knowingly exposed a pregnant worker, whose daughter, Candace Curtis, now has severe birth defects, to toxic chemicals featured. [Candace CURTIS – talks about living with her condition.] [Mother Heather CURTIS- says they need to take some responsibility.] [Levy, Phillips & Konigsberg attorney Steven PHILLIPS- says IBM told Heather Curtis not to worry.] [IBM SPOKESMAN – says there is no evidence to establish that any of those chemicals caused these injuries.]
