(London, England) Reporter shown talking with Arafat at PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) headquarters re: cease-fire at Lebanon border, return of Egypt to Arab fold. [ARAFAT - accuses Israel, with United States aide of planning assault on south Lebanon, and predicts significant shift in situation with return of Egypt to traditional Arab stance.] Such action said thought imminent. Subject said to be dealt with on "Nightline."
