[ARAR – says American officials sent him there to be tortured.] [Arar’s lawyer Jeffrey FOGEL- cites concerns about the US sending people abroad to be interrogated with force.] [February 16, CIA director Porter GOSS – states once they're out of our control, there's only so much we can do.] [Former CIA inspector general Fred HITZ- says there may be justification.]
