(New York: Kelly Wallace) The story of Marine Corps Reservist Lt. Col. Steve Duarte, who was fired by Agilent of Hewlett-Packard because he was serving in Iraq, presented; details given of a federal judge's ruling as per the federal law guaranteeing reservists' jobs. [DUARTE - reacts to being fired & getting the word out to others about the law.] Labor Department statistics on reservists' complaints cited. [Retired National Guard Gen. Paul MONROE - says it is hard on employers as well as reservists.] Duarte's mission of getting information out to reservists about jobs so they can fight back noted.
