[McCAIN – announces the agreement to avert a crisis in the Senate.] [Yesterday, FRIST – comments on the postponement of a vote on Bolton.] [Political analyst Stuart ROTHENBERG††- says it’s premature to describe Frist as a loser on these issues.]
