(San Diego, California) Sasway's letter to President Reagan announcing his intention to not register recalled; arguments of prosecutor Yesmin Annen and defense attorney Charles Bumer presented before Judge Gordon Thompson, Junior noted. [SASWAY - explains reason for not registering.] Sentence faced by Sasway following conviction and judge's order chat he be held without bail until sentencing noted.
