[National Park Service Ben MOORE†- comments on the chain of hurricanes in recent years.] [Union of Concerned Scientists Peter FRUMHOFF†- says the coastal wetlands and barrier islands that provide a buffer are beginning to erode.] [Chesapeake Climate Action Network Mike TIDWELL†- states it would be criminally negligent to rebuild New Orleans without committing to the program to rebuild the barrier islands.]
