(Tel Aviv, Israel) Opposition leader Shimon Peres reported calling for emergency Knesset session to urge Prime Min. Menahem Begin's government to accept some of President Reagan's peace proposals. [PERES - thinks national debate on Israel's future is beginning.] Peres noted feeling majority of Israelis would release portions of West Bank for Mideast peace. Defense Secretary Caspar Weinberger and foreign minister Yitzhak Shamir noted discussing Reagan's plan; Weinberger's agenda today prior to departing for Cairo, Egypt, outlined, shown. Importance of President Reagan's peace proposal to Mideast future considered.
