(Tegucigalpa, Honduras) Dissatisfaction among CIA-backed anti.Nicaraguan guerrillas operating out of Honduras and implications for CIA's covert operations against Sandinista government examined; film of meeting between agent and guerrillas in Honduras shown. Recent episode illustrating problems agency is having controlling guerrillas described, discussed; CIA's reorganization of major guerrilla group, Nicaraguan Democrat Force (FDN), under new leader Adolfo Calero examined. Power struggle between CIA and guerrilla leader Eden Pastora, currently based in Costa Rica, considered. Sec. surrounding CIA base near here noted. [Honduran SOLDIER - warns reporters to leave area (in Spanish); remarks translated on screen.] Honduran government noted continuing to deny existence of such bases; base's facilities shown. Weaknesses of operation thought result of pressure from Reagan administration to resolve conflict prior to next year's elec.
