(Beirut, Lebanon) Ayatollah Khomeini's revolutionary guards said believed training radical Shiite Moslem group, Jihad, for suicide mission against Marines; Jihad noted thought responsible for 1982 kidnapping of David Dodge, acting president of American University of Beirut, as well as May 1982 bombing of French embassy here. Jihad said also believed responsible for April 1983 bombing of United States embassy in Beirut. Free Islamic Revolutionary Movement, claiming responsibility for yesterday's bombing, said thought allied with Shiite fringe associated with Iranian commandoes based in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley. Syrian government said neither confirming nor denying its possible acquiescence to Bekaa group's organization of bombing. Motive said possibly linked to Iran's threat to retaliate against France for supplying Iraq war planes and against United States for its pledge to keep Straits of Hormuz open if Iran attempts to block oil shipping out of Persian Gulf.
