(Studio) PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) chairperson Yasir Arafat and his loyalist troops in Tripoli, Lebanon, reported placed further on defensive today by Syrian-backed PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) rebels.

(Tripoli, Lebanon) Rebel capture of Palestinian refugee camp here examined; Arafat's interpretation of events quoted. [Rebel commander Captain Ahmed JEBRIL - claims Arafat is finished.] War's impact on civilian residents of camp such as Hussein al-Fouri and wife noted. [Al-FOURI - feels Palestinians have no safe place to escape to; explains his trust of Arafat; believes in Menahem Begin, Ariel Sharon rather than PLO rebels.] Prognosis for Arafat's future considered. [JEBRIL - doesn't know who will take over PLO.]
