(Studio: Anderson Cooper) Report from a Homeland Security official that 25,000 trailer homes designated for Hurricane Katrina are now unusable introduced.

(New Orleans: Susan Roesgen) The sinking mobile homes featured; scenes shown of 11,000 mobile homes in storage for six months in Hope, Arkansas. [Homeland security inspector general Richard SKINNER†- shows pictures of the trailers that may have to be disposed of.] [Representative Mike ROSS†- says the homes must be jacked up; calls FEMA's policy a failed plan.] The initial cost of the homes & rent being paid to Hope discussed.
