[FTC chairperson James MILLER - predicts agreement will lower prices of small cars.] [FTC commissioner Michael PERTSCHUK - predicts inhibition of pricing competition.] Ford, Chrysler said displeased. 2500 new jobs predicted, though possibly causing job losses in other plants.
