[KAUFMAN - claims to have documentation implicating White House] Kaufman's claims that administration allegedly made "sweetheart deals" with polluters noted involving Hamilton, Ohio, dump site; Rita Lavelle recalled recently offering to hand over diaries to Congress Reaction of Representative James Scheuer to Lavelle's offer noted.
