[REAGAN - is prepared to guarantee security of Israel's north borders in aftermath of complete withdrawal of Israeli army.] Possible interpretation of President's remarks, include deployment of United States troops along Israel's north border, examined; reaction of deputy press secretary Larry Speakes said confirming possibility.
