(DC) Arraignment of Doug. Marshall and Troy Todd and their alleged role in investigation of congress drug use examined; Representatives Ronald Dellums, Charles Wilson and former Representative Barry Goldwater, Junior noted suspects in investigation. Arguments presented Judge Thomas Hogan by prosecutor Dan Bernstein and defense attorney Jonathan Shapiro outlined. [SHAPIRO - denies clients are focus of Capitol Hill investigation.] Efforts of prosecutor to gain high bail explained.
