(Paris, France) USSR consul general recalled fleeing France 3 years ago following detection of his theft of Mirage jet plans; apparent incidents leading to today's mass expulsion reviewed, include recent defection of USSR agent Vladimir Kuzichkin to Britain. Expulsion of USSR agents from various ntns. since Kuzichkin's defection and murder of French counterintelligence agent Lieutenant Colonel Bernard Nut recently recalled; films shown. Nut said allegedly involved with Italian agents in operation which resulted in arrest of Aeroflot director in Rome with possession of sensitive NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) documents earlier this year French relations with USSR said declining since Charles De Gaulle began dialogue between Paris and Moscow in 1960.
