[BUSH - says we are winning in Iraq; states he is satisfied with Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, the administrator.] [BIDEN - says we are not making progress in Iraq, a radical political change in needed, that he is not satisfied with Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki after talking with him, why the president should not be satisfied with Rumsfeld, who has been dead wrong on US policy, that Republicans will demand Rumsfeld resign after the election so there can be a fundamental change.]

[CARVILLE - says Iraq is the big issue; comments on his slogan in '92 "it's the economy stupid" & what the people see today; hopes Iraq will not be the big issue in the '08 presidential election.]
