[BLAIR, BUSH - offer differing opinions on the report.] [In response to question from the BBC's Nick Robinson, BUSH - says he has been telling the American people how tough it is in Iraq.] [BUSH - reacts to the report; states Iran has to suspend its nuclear program; comments on the military presence in Iraq.]
