(Studio: Anderson Cooper) Earlier interview held with "New York Times" John Burns about the realities in the war in Iraq in response to what Iraqi national security adviser Mowaffak al-Rubaie said last night. [In interview, RUBAIE - says sectarian violence is considerably lower than before; explains how Baghdad is under the control of an Iraqi general and Iraqi command.] [BURNS - says there is a kind of civil war with sectarian violence remaining a problem; notes Rubaie has a political agenda; assesses the abilities of the Iraqi army and police.]
