Calvin BURROUGhigh school - had thought Army would take care of his family.] [Elaine BURROUGhigh school - thinks prayer is only resort.] Army's emergency measures described; suicide recently of teenager Danny Holley, apparently despondent over family's financial straits as result of Army, reviewed. [Jennifer HOLLEY - notes son wasn't accustomed to insecure living conditions.] Congress reported designating funds for mobile homes on base while Army said encouraging incoming soldiers to leave families at home. [Calvin BURROUGhigh school - rejects separation.]
