(Studio) National security adviser Robert McFarlane reported claiming President Reagan will fire those responsible for CIA manual on techniques of political terrorism distributed among anti-Nicaraguan guerrillas; "Newsweek" magazine noted claiming aides to CIA director William Casey, United Nations ambassador Jeane Kirkpatrick and Defense Department discussed need for such handbook on guerrilla warfare.
