(Manila, Philippines) Govt. commission investigating Aquino's murder reported concluding inquiry; release today of commission chairperson Corazon Agrava's minority report and its findings examined. [Ferdinand MARCOS - will refer findings to civil court for prosecution.] Majority report of remaining commission members said due tomorrow; Agrava's report noted accusing only Aquino's military escorts of his murder, include escort commander Colonel Luther Custodio, while majority report incls. high-ranking military personnel in conspiracy such as Marcos associate General Fabian Ver. [Opposition leader Salvador LAUREL - criticizes superficiality of Agrava's report] Concern that Marcos will only pursue Agrava's version of events considered.
