(Studio) Army releases drug report; over half of the GIs in Vietnam use pot, 1/6 habitual users, 1/3 users plan to continue smoking in US.

(Fort Bragg, North Carolina) Voluntary rehabilitation program for drug users launched; Operation Awareness gives heroin addicts chance. [Lieutenant General John J. TOLSON - says many users on base, wants them helped.] [GIs - describe drug experiences.] Addicts get barbiturate with nausea drug two times each week to create negative reaction.
