(Marzabotto, Italy) Vote against allowing Reder's release stated. Background on massacre given. File tape of Reder shown. His appeals to village survivors and to Vatican noted. Nonbinding vote in Marzabotto reported to be 148 to 1 against his release. Italian government said to make final decision. [Resident Mario CARDI - (thru interpreter) describes massacre.]
