(NYC) Former defense secretary Robert McNamara reported testifying in behalf of General William Westmoreland in latter's libel suit against CBS for its portrayal of him in documentary on Vietnam war; McNamara's role in Vietnam war recalled. His testimony regarding comments to CBS producer George Crile on Westmoreland and Vietnam war and cross-examination by CBS attorney David Boies detailed.
