[TUTU - believes Reagan's approach has worsened plight of blacks in South Africa.] [REAGAN - disagrees with Tutu.] [TUTU - responds.] Tutu mentioned seeking United States economy sanctions against South Africa; continuing anti-apartheid demonstrations at South Africa's embassy here noted.
