[Lauterbach’s uncle Peter STEINER†- says Lauterbach was consistently harassed by the Marines.] [Onslow County, North Carolina, Sheriff Ed BROWN†- says Lauterbach is dead and has been buried.] [Naval investigator Paul CICCARELLI†- says Laurean was considered not a flight risk.]
