(Dallas, Texas) Failure of normal emergency procedures here 2 mos. ago and death of woman as possible result examined. [Audio tapes of victim's stepson Larry BOFF and nurse Billie NYRICK - Boff tries to convince Myrick to send ambulance; remarks transcribed on screen.] [Voice of Boff's roommate Dennis FLEMING, MYRICK and BOFF - continue efforts to get ambulance.] Boff's stepmother Lillian said dead on arrival of late ambulance. [Fire department deputy chief Mike JONES - acknowledges Myrick's lack of sensitivity and policy violation.] Boff's suit against Fire Department noted; Myrick said on leave while department completes its investigation.
