[von Bulow's attorney Alan DERSHOWITZ - explains authorities' violation of von Bulow's rights.] Court's criticism of trial Judge Thomas Needham's handling of case outlined. [von BULOW - is gratified.] [Rhode Island attorney general Dennis ROBERTS - feels supreme court's ruling is unjust in light of justices' belief of von Bulow's guilt.] Status of prosecution's case against von Bulow considered.
