(Portsmouth, Ohio: Steve Hartman) The battle between Ohio and Kentucky over the Indian Head Rock, which was taken by Ohio resident Steve Shaffer from a part of the Ohio River owned by Kentucky, featured; historical photos of the rock with a carved face shown; scenes shown from both state legislatures, which introduced resolutions on the rock. [SHAFFER – comments on his quest to find the rock that was lost when the river was dammed.] [Kentucky state representative Reginald MEEKS- comments on an individual brazenly invading another sovereign state.] [Ohio state representative Todd BOOK- says they abandoned the rock.]
